What if I have a question that requires a phone call?
We do not currently have a staffed phone line, so email is the best way to reach our support team, and we’ll arrange a call if needed.
We are a small team, and at this time, we do not have a manned phone line. Our phone number, (401) 400-1017, goes directly to voicemail.
Email is our preferred method of communication. It allows us to respond most efficiently. If you can describe your question or concern over email, that’s the fastest and best way to connect with us.
If a phone call is needed after we review your email, our support team will request your phone number so we can arrange a call directly.
