Someone sent a message, but it's not showing up in my plan.
Troubleshooting missing messages in a Together plan.
Make sure you are opening the Together group plan and not your individual plan. The individual plan won't have any of the group features since it's meant for you to go through alone. The group plan will have the group features. You can identify the group plan on your Home page by the group plan title that appears in the header above the plan card.
