Someone sent a message, but it's not showing up in my plan.

Make sure you are opening the Together group plan and not your individual plan. The individual plan won't have any of the group features since it's meant for you to go through alone. The group plan will have the group features. You can identify the group plan on your Groups Tab that appears at the bottom of your screen.
