I think I might have accidentally set up multiple reoccurring donations- how can I fix it? 

No problem — we’re happy to help! Sometimes duplicate recurring donations can happen without realizing it. If you suspect this, we can look up your giving history to confirm.

In one case, a donor had two separate recurring donations:

  • $10/month on one card
  • $15/month on another card
  •  Both processed on the 1st of each month, totaling $25/month.

If you'd like to consolidate your giving into one donation on a single card, just let us know your preferred amount and which card you'd like to use. We’ll make the adjustment for you and ensure everything is streamlined under one account.

Also, if you think you may have used another name or email address, feel free to share that so we can check for any additional accounts.
