How do I sign in if I lost access to my email address?

If you need to sign in to your TTW account but lost access to your old email, here are the steps for you!

These steps are specific to those who are signed out of their TTW account, don't have access to their old email, and need to sign in with a new email! This article will be helpful for this scenario, and will allow you to keep all of your saved progress!

Please follow these steps: 

  1. If you're signed in, sign out.

  2. Quit the app and restart it.

  3. On the welcome screen, tap "Already registered? Sign In".

  4. On the next sign in screen, tap the "Welcome back!" text seven times.

  5. Sign in with your old email address and password.

  6. The app should automatically prompt you to go through the account migration process.

  7. On the first account migration screen, you should see your old email address entered into the input.

  8. Change the email address to your current email address.

  9. Click submit.

  10. Enter the code that you received to your new email address.

  11. The migration process should finish.
