How do I delete my TTW account?

You can delete your account in the TTW app by going to More > Settings > Account, then tapping Delete Your Account.

Here are the steps to delete your TTW account:

  1. Open the TTW app
  2. Tap MORE on the bottom right
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Go to Account
  5. Tap Delete Your Account
  6. Confirm when the app asks

The app will warn you before it goes through. When your account is deleted, you lose your progress, your groups, and your messages.

If you cannot get into the app, for example because you lost access to the email address on your account, email us at help@throughtheword.org and we will delete your account for you. Please send your request from the email address on the account so we can confirm it is really you.
